After installing for first time, you can download further updates from Open General Website where you can eventually find new campaigns and equipment files that are released after your installation.You can susbcribe to check for updates easily

FORUM.
Most of the active comunity players and designers are members of JP's OpenGen Forum , so it is worth to join in order to check questions raised by other players and post your own questions, as well as to know current work in progress by designers.
You can also check JP's PG2 Challenge Campaign Forum to enjoy the experience of playing same campaign with other players, a very instructive practive to master Open General.
